Questions, feedback, corrections, or collaboration ideas? We read every message and aim to respond within a few days.
General Enquiries
For any questions about the site, email us at saopayne@gmail.com. Whether you have a general question about how to use the study tools, want to share feedback, or just want to say hello — we'd love to hear from you.
We aim to respond to all messages within 2–3 business days.
Reporting a Correction
We work hard to keep all questions and answers accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen. If you believe a question, answer, or explanation is incorrect, please get in touch and we will review it promptly.
When reporting a correction, it helps to include:
- The full text of the question you believe is incorrect
- What you think the correct answer should be
- A source or reference (e.g. a link to a UK government page, Britannica, or the official Life in the UK handbook)
Email corrections to saopayne@gmail.com with the subject line "Correction".
Feature Requests
Have an idea that would make studying easier? We welcome feature suggestions. Past improvements have come directly from user feedback, including the addition of Practice Mode, the History Timeline, and the compact card view.
If you have a feature in mind — whether it's a new study mode, a topic filter, printable revision cards, or anything else — send it to saopayne@gmail.com with the subject line "Feature Request".
Tutoring
We offer personalised tutoring sessions for candidates preparing for the Life in the UK citizenship test. Tutoring can help if you have struggled with previous attempts, need accountability and structure, or simply want guided support through the material.
To enquire about tutoring, email saopayne@gmail.com with a brief description of your goals and preferred schedule. We will follow up with availability and pricing.
Business and Partnerships
We are open to partnership opportunities with immigration advisors, citizenship preparation services, language schools, and other organisations that support people on their journey to British citizenship.
If you are interested in advertising, content collaboration, or a formal partnership arrangement, please email saopayne@gmail.com with a brief overview of your organisation and what you have in mind.
